show attached images in a maximo report

I am trying to use attached images in a report, I get the complete URI and I set an image, however when I execute the report in maximo the IMAGE does not appear, if I open the URL it seems is not correct because is concatenating my URI with another string, something like: <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://hotnamemaximo/maximo/brigde+URI'>http://hotnamemaximo/maximo/brigde+URI</a>
 
I tried to set the URI parameter in OnCreate in the report, but it only changes the part of the string related with the URI and not the other part that seems fixed, like some kind of internal varible.
 
Anyone can help me?

If you run the report in Eclipse, does it run just fine?
