max #of replicant required ? TST552;sp2;w2k

According to the DTD in 552 tst dev guide, max value for replicant is not a required attribute.
However, if I do not specify a max value, I do not see the "+" button to add a new replicant.
Anybody noticed this ?
Possible bug ? (or documentation bug?)

Ah, never mind.
The default value is 1.
