Getting same %value in chartview

I have a crosstab with percentage values in the form 28% but when I create a chart from this crosstab I get the 28% as 0.28. User wants to see a 100% instead of a 1.

Are you talking about in the tooltip, the data point label, or the axis label? In most cases, there is a formatter built in. If not, you could use script to format each value. Let me know.

Both tool tip and y axis
and this is happening in both report design or dashboard.

What version of BIRT are you using? Also, what version of iHub? F-Type or full version?

BIRT version 11.0.4 with iserver
Same issue with BIRT 4.2 and F-Type current version. not sure but just updated over this weekend

Looking at BDPro 4.2.3, you can format the y-axis by going to the format chart tab of the chart editor, selecting y-axis and going to "format". There are several options to customize the format. For the tooltip, you'll need to go to the value-series section of the format chart tab and click on interactivity and modify the tooltip with script. Let me know if you have questions.
