19044:login error in Iportal.

<p>we restrated our iserver for maintenance reboot and secrity update after that when we start server using restart iServer by Run <iServer_Home>\start_srvr.sh.</p>
<p><span style="font-family:calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">but it is not coming up . It is our production environment .</span></span></p>
<p>We have also checked our Postgre setup and it is working fine.</p>
<p>Also getting attached errors for iportal, acadmin and acadmin config panel.</p>

<p>Please suggest us what to do.It is very important for us.</p>

<p>For a production issue like this, I would recommend contacting Actuate Support under your maintainer agreement with the iServer.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>That said, I would recommend analyzing your log files for further details of what is causing the issue. In particular, you should investigate the pmd11, encycsrvr11, and jencycsrvr11.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If you can zip or tar and attach your iServer's log files to this thread I can take a look over the log files as well.</p>
