I am wondering how to change owner of WORKAREA???
Hope it is possible

There are a couple ways. You could copy your workarea to a temp workarea, delete and recreate it with the new owner and copy everything back, then delete the temp workarea. Or you could just go into the native filesystem (very easy in Unix, not sure in Windows) and simply change the owner of the workarea directory.
