Localizing text in dashboards

Is it possible to localize the tab names and gadget names of a dashboard by accessing from a properties file. If possible please suggest me the procedure.

What version of BIRT and iHub are you using?

We are using Actuate BIRT Designer Professional 4.2.3 to design the dashboards and to deploy them we are using iHub 3 server

I know this is an old subject but the question matches my question. Is it possible to have text on a dashboard localized using .properties files?

Other visualization gadgets, no, not at this time.
