browse only n recginition indexs

hi all

i hv understood the application of classifier index...........but wat is the usage of browse only and recognition index is not really clear.

Classifier uses example training documents to assign vocab codes to content based on overall similarity of the content. It's good for assigning codes for overall subject of the content.

Recognition finds occurances of the vocab labels & alts in the documents to assign codes. It's good for assigning codes where you want to match to a well defined list (products, people names, etc.)

For browse only MT doesn't try to automatically assign anything. You search and browse to find the right vocab term(s) and manually tag. Some times building an automated system isn't desired or feasible.
