page break's problem?

<p>I have a BIRT report with three tables on it. each table has a page break "before always" except the first table. The problem is even if there is no data the remaining two tables gets printed on each separate page with table headers. how can i avoid this. if there is no data to iterate the tables should not get printed at all. Please help me in this.</p>

You could set the page break before setting manually in your onCreate script based on the data in the table. If there is data, you'd do something like:<br><br>if(check your data){<br>this.getStyle().pageBreakBefore = "always";<br>}<br><br>If you don't have page breaks set in the property editor, this would only be set if your check comes back positive.<br><br>Hope this helps.
