Video link does not work in Adobe Reader

I have Video Hyperlink on Images, generated by BIRT.

It works fine in all output formats, other than PDF (Adobe Reader, I get "Security Block" error).

If I use Foxit Reader to read the pdf, it works fine. Is there any way to make it work in Adobe Reader as well?

This may be an issue with the security settings within Adobe Reader.
