Fix table height on each page

Hi,
 
I am designing a report which have height as 12 inch. In master page i created a header
with the height as 25% & same for the footer i.e 25%. In the layout page i put one table with the height
as 50%. I want this table height to fix on each page so that it will join to the footer in the master page.
In the table there is one detail row & detail row data is dynamic.so right now table occupies the height w.r.t
data in the detail row.so it it possible to fix table height in birt?

If you are wanting everything to be fixed regardless of extra white space, etc. then you will want to specify fixed values for the height's instead of providing relative values. For example, instead of 25% use 3 inches and instead of 50% use 6 inches.
