Editing the web.xml file

<p>If I'm just wanting to put the birt viewer on the server (or add in into the web app) to view my reports in html ouput, would there be any reason to edit the web.xml file? <br><br>
*Edit : In my web.xml file it states this:<br>
                                                               <none> <span> </span>- URL paths are not supported.<br><br>
Does this need to be altered/why is it not supported?<br><br>

<p>What is the value set in your web.xml for <param-name>URL_REPORT_PATH_POLICY</param-name> ?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>By default it should be domain and not none.</p>
