How to create NT triggers

Hi,
i tried to create an NT trigger like in the technote 1424.
My problem is to find the neccessary files srvany.exe and instsrv.exe.
The technote says, it's is part of the NT resource kit. But where can I find it.
Microsoft? LOL Uaaallp.

I tried it multiple times.

You can get the NT/W2K Resource kit from Microsoft.
The last time I checked (a year ago) you had to purchase it. (not a free download)

That's what i tried all day long. get a SOLUTION from microsoft. LOL
