Changing Web Viewer Appearance

Is there a way to change the appearance of the Web Viewer when viewing a BIRT report? I am interested in changing the title of "BIRT Report Viewer" plus colors of the toolbars and location of icons.

Are you using the sample viewer as a base for your modifications?
