Login page not coming up after install

Hi,
 
I have installed BIRT iHub in AWS RHEL instance. The installation was succesful and the services seem to have comeup.
 
However, my login page (http://[elastic ip]:8700/iPortal/login.do) doesnt come up.
 
What could be wrong ?
 
Logs dont say much and all processes seem to be working fine.
 
Any pointers pls ?

Following up on this with more updates. Still no luck. I get the icon (favicon) on the browser and an entry in access logs -

A bit more investigation. The port block error went away after complete shutdown / verify and restart (steps below). Still not working.
<ul><li>Cleaned up all logs,</li>
<li>shutdown iHub</li>
<li>Shutdown PostGreSQL</li>
<li>confirmed using ps -ef, that no iHub / postgres processes are working</li>
<li>confirmed using netstat that none of the ihub ports are locked.</li>
<li>started server again</li>

I never got the first page asking for activation code, and so its not a surprise that there is no activation file. But a bit concerned with line - "Blocked for receiving messages"

There are a few different suggestions within the thread for an AWS instance, I would start with trying out these including the elastic IP address setup and the environment for hostname if you have not done so already.
