Programmatically stylize BIRT reports

<p style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:small;">I have been using this <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='https://wiki.eclipse.org/Java_-_Build_Dynamic_Table_(BIRT)'&gt;https://wiki.eclipse.org/Java_-_Build_Dynamic_Table_(BIRT)&lt;/a&gt;&nbsp;to programmatically build a BIRT report.</p>

<p style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:small;">I am able to pull data from my database and save a report and now would like to stylize it. I have looked all over the internet to hind out how to add Bgcolor, Font color, Width, Borders, Padding, Font size to tables, headers, and cells. But I can only find sources telling me how to do this in the eclipse report builder.</p>

<p style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:small;">Can anyone provide code, documentation or a like to a tutorial on how to do this?</p>

<p>This includes quite a few examples on using DEAPI and part of it shows how to set some properties for the border.</p>
