PDF blank page issue

Hello all,
 
i am trying to display the record in pdf but it show the first page blank and start the record from 2nd page while in html, it's working fine.
Actually, i am using three tables like hierarchy and inner table dependent upon the outer table. in html it's working fine but having additional blank page on the top. now i want to remove the blank page. may be it's page break issue or some other, i don't understand.
 
 
I really appreciate if any one could help in this.

What version of BIRT are you using? 
Can you attach a sample report based on classic models or a flat file data source that demonstrates the blank page issue?
 
My guess would be it is related to the page break, grouping and inner table configuration but without seeing a reproducible test case it will be hard to say for sure.

 i am using Eclipse Platform 4.3.2.v20140221-1852 and in a single table it's work fine but when i attached the outer table and use the output parameter of outer table as input parameters of inner table. issue is only in pdf while html and xls files are working fine.
