Issues with DOCX emitter html formated text (paragraph spacing, font size, subscript, superscript)

<p>I'm new to BIRT using version 4.4.2. I have some problems using the DOCX emmitter. Word Version is 2007</p>
<ul><li>I found no way to configure paragraph spacing.</li>
<li>A strange effect with font size set to 12 point rendered as 10 points.</li>
<li>A wrongly inserted BLANK before sub-, superscription.</li>
</ul><p> </p>
<p>Attached an example report and output in</p>
