Data discrepancy run BIRT report on Eclipse and Acutuate BIRT Viewth Actuate BIRT View,

I run my report on eclipse, the report is correct, then I deploy the code to tomcat with the Actuate BIRT View, report is not correct, it looks like it just using the first dataset to populate the data. Please see the attachement. Any suggestions? Let me know if you need more info.
