Datadeploy for TS-XML deployment

Can anybody tell me what are the steps or configuration I need to setup to try out deploying metadata from TeamSite to XML using DataDeploy. Is there any example configuration file avaialable. The one in DD admin manual is not that clear to me.

Add to the question, can I use DAS to move data from XML to database. I am not sure what trigger I can use in this case to initiate DAS :-)

this cfg file extracts all EA's in the files located in STAGING and dumps the extended Attributes into an XML file.

You can deploy Templating generated Custom XML files using DAS. The triggers are generated by Teamsite server and the templating engine. These triggers are similar to the ones you would use for regular DCR's

This Post is exactly what I need however when I run the deploy from Open Deploy Admin I get the following error:
Missing deployment name and other parameters required for DataDeploy invocation

I am using Open Deploy 6.0

belated thanks for your help. I have another question.
The performance on this script is random sometimes really fast sometimes painfully slow.
It is being called from a workflow to convert EAs to XML. When I bounce Open Deploy and then call the workflow it works great, but if I wait a while after the bounce or another file deploy happens and completes before, then performance is random.

Any thoughts?
