Packaging and Bundling BIRT iHub project

Our product was developed on .Net environment and it produce some analytical data. And it use 3rd party visualizer to show analytical reports and this visualizer shipped as a separate VM. But the actual product shipped as MSI package. Now we are trying to eliminate 3rd party visualizer and integrate with BIRT iHub. For that we are redesigning our reports using BDPro, creating a dashboard which consists of all these reports and publish into iHub server and at the end a Java based product is going consume the dashboard which is available in BIRT iHub. 
 
Here our question is, what is the mechanism we need to follow to ship a product as a whole. Is it possible to include BIRT iHub into my existing MSI package?. If it is not possible and it should go as separate installer, then how should we handle it? etc.. we need assistance to understand.

There are methodologies to automate an iHub deployment. First though, can you give me some background to help me understand where you are currently in your deployment? Are you using iHub or iHub-FType? Are you already a customer or are you evaluating the iHub currently?
