Pivot table calculation is not automatically refreshed for eSpreadsheet XLSX in iServer
jkamaraj

We have a spreadsheet with pivot ranges. The calculation in the pivot range is not automatically refreshed when the report is exported in XLSX format in iServer.

XLS format works fine. In the attached Excel, look at the pivot range calculation at D39. It shows as Zero. If you collapse the pivot by clicking B27 then the calculation shows up, as 100%

Is there a setting in iServer that will aloow us configure this.

I do not see an excel file attached as you have referenced.

Also, can you create a sample spreadsheet report we can run that replicates this issue?

Sorry , I could not attach the Excel for data confidentiality reasons. Let me work on a sample and then upload..

Also, in BIRT Spreadsheet designer the cacluated cell based on the pivot values works ok.

Thanks.

If you can create a sample that we can run to reproduce the issue, that will be the best case scenario for us to provide assistance.

Also, what iServer version are you running?
