workflow sometimes not starting

Hi all,

I've got a strange Workflow problem. We've got four different workflows assigned which get triggered when closing a dcr.
The problem is that sometimes -say in 30%- the workflows are not triggered when closing the dcr. The dcr is just closing
and nothing is happening. This behavior is only occuring when there are only two workflows are in the available_templates.cfg.
So now when adding two specific ones everything seems to be fine. Anyone any ideas? Which logfile could we check here e.g.?
Anyone seen this before?

1) Are you sure that in those 30% times that that the DCR is not already part of an active workflow? [it will not prompt for a new workflow in that situation]

2) You could try turning on debugging within available_templates.ipl and looking at the resultant log information (see the code in available_templates.ipl for more details)

3) If you need more debugging - you can add your own to available_templates.ipl - but please make sure to keep a copy of the original file so that you can restore it after you've completed your debugging (or in case you make a typo while adding your debugging and need to restore a "working" version)
