BIRT Viewer Toolkit

Has the free BIRT Viewer Toolkit, announced Jan 2014, been discontinued?
 
We are looking for an Excel emitter, that handles formulas, and this seems to be part of the that toolkit (also in BDPro - but unsure of licensing). However, can't find the toolkit anywhere.
 
The emitter in question is com.actuate.birt.report.engine.emitter.xlsx_23.1.1.v20150710

To my knowledge, the BIRT Viewer Toolkit has been discontinued.
 
There is a newly released iHub, Trial Edition that will include the professional excel emitter that is also included in the professional designer.
