Issue with BIRT ihub3.1 installation on Linux Environment

Hi Guys,
 We are trying to install BIRT iHub 3.1 on Linux environment.But we are getting below error as can be seen under "Error message"
 
All required ports for installation are available , libstdc++.i686/glibc.i686 libraries are installed , Linux machine runlevel 3.
 
Attached is the installer log.
 
acinstall.properties file is updated as below. Birt is installed as "spm" user with password as spm@2015.

Tried manually placing the tools.jar under path "/opt/spm/BIRTiHubVisualization/java/lib/" , following which "Unable to locate tools.jar. Expected to find it in /opt/spm/BIRTiHubVisualization/java/lib/tools.jar" message stopped showing up but still would fail with same error message.
 
Any help on this would be great !

From the log it appears that you have files from a previous installation attempt located where you are trying to install at this time.
Those files will need to be deleted/moved before you can attempt to install again.
