Setting default value to a parameter

Hi,
 
I have a parameter "prg", wich contains a list of decimal values.
I have another parameter prgId wich contains a simple decimal value.
 
How can i do for setting prgId as the default value of prg ?
 
I tried with de field "default value" from the parameter prg , i tried also some scripts like
reportContext.setParameterValue("prg",reportContext.getParameterValue("prgId")).

Here is my parameter prg, it's a list of decimal, this list comes from a dataset:

I have another parameter prgId wich is the current id of the prg, the parameter is set automatically from my webapp.

Then we i run the report i have this:

I would like the parameter prg set with the value of prgId, is there a way to do this ?
