Manually force a page break

Hi,
 
I have a requirement to show a table detail row at the beginning of a new page. Can you please let me know how to manually force a page break after "x" rows and show this row at the top of the new page?

If you know a fixed number of rows, you can specify the page break value to that number of rows.
