accessing files in the vmware ihub trial version

hi, I want to customize the actuate login page (change background, replace logo etc.) and for that purpose I need to edit and save yggdrasil.css which is called in the "../iportal/login.do" page.
its location is <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://localhost/iportal/common/jslib/themes/default/yggdrasil.css'>http://localhost/iportal/common/jslib/themes/default/yggdrasil.css</a>but I can't find it on my computer.
(for testing purposes I am working with the vmware ihub3.1 trial version, running in VMware Fusion, on a mac)
 
where or how do I locate yggdrasil.css?

The path should be located in the /web directory of your iHub installation, INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY\BIRTiHub\iHub\web\iportal\common\jslib\themes\default
 
If you have problems finding it, please let me know.

Within the iHub, Trial Edition VM the full path to the file is:

/birt/BIRTiHubTrialEdition/modules/BIRTiHub/iHub/web/iportal/common/jslib/themes/default/yggdrasil.css
</pre>
As a tip for the future, you can use the find command in the version of CentOS used in the image.
 
 
For example:
<pre class="_prettyXprint _lang-nocode">
find / -name yggdrasil.css
</pre>
That will search the entire VM starting at the root for any files with the name yggdrasil.css.

Thanks Jesse, now I only need to know how to copy the file from centOS to my mac OS, where I can edit it and then I need to copy it back to the appropriate dir on centOS.
Is that even possible using the VMware?

Yeah, since the CentOS instance does not have a GUI you will not be able to use the VM Ware tools to copy the files from the VM. Instead, you will need to use a protocol such as SFTP or FTP.
 
By default, I believe the VM should have SSH enabled with SFTP included. You should be able to use this to copy the file over.

I found it easier to install the full centOS with Gnome GUI in virtualbox and to run the linux trial version from there.
