'Select all' in list values

Hello,
 
 
I had design a report with a list values (In Report parameters)
 
And i would like to select all values by default when i execute the report.
 
 
How can i do that ?

I'm using SpagoBI Studio (that have a BIRT report engine), do you know how to execute the same report on SpagoBI server?
