I`ve got a problem with changing the style of the birt_viewer. I want to display the report without surrounding borders in the birt_viewer on my server:

Make sure you are clearing your browser cache after making the CSS change.
In chrome, you can also launch a new incognito window which will launch with a clean cache.
 
I replicate the behavior if I do not close my browser and clear the cache after making the change. However, testing with a clean cache will display the changes properly.
