Progress of workflow tasks.

I have a workflow that is being launched from <File> <New Job>. The first task in this workflow is an external task. The moment the user launches the workflow. the view changes to the tasklist view with the very first task in the wrkflow visible. If the user clicks refresh, the display changes to the current task being performed. if the current task is a user task, and the user transitions the workflow to the next task by selecting the appropriate option, the task is performed, but, the view changes with the new task being shown under the user task. If you click refresh, the user task goes away and system moves to the current task. Is there a way to transition to the next task without hitting refresh?

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is anyway to avoid this (aside from having a client system that soooo slow that by the time the refresh happens you've already gotten past the intermittent step).

I'm not sure if this same issue holds true for TeamSite 6 - haven't had time to use it. It's possible (but not guaranteed) that the behavior in the UI in this regard might be improved - or different enough that it just doesn't happen as easily (if at all).
