Windows patch for Blaster worm

Has anybody experienced trouble with TeamSite 5.5.2 SP3 on Win 2000 after installing Microsoft's patch for the blaster worm?

We have a machine which was running TeamSite 5.5.2 SP3 on Win 2000 SP2 and worked just fine. We installed SP3 for Windows, followed by the patch distributed with Microsoft's security bulletin MS03-026, and suddenly TeamSite's SSI redirector module stopped working.

Does anybody know of a way to make these components live together peacefully?
