<p>I've reached out before regarding this same problem but I've simply not been able to resolve it.</p>

<p>When I use direct print for reports that are using the getUserName function the report renders as a blank page. The same report works fine for one-demand reports. The problem only shows itself when using Direct Print.</p>

<p>Was wondering if anyone experienced this behavior at any time?</p>

<p>I have removed the function altogether and hard coded to determine this is the issue but I will ultimately need to put the getUserName function back.</p>
