How can i suppress a table's header rows so they only print on the first page

I only want a table's header to be printed on the first page, not on subsequent pages. Is there a switch to suppress it being shown on subsequent pages?

I got around the problem by breaking the table into two pieces, the hyperlinks from the 1st table just go to the second table, which has its header turned off, so it works ok.
