Cell color not getting displayed in dashboard

Hi,
 
I have created a report in which I have grid and cells .
 
So in one cell I have kept my cross tab and other cells surrounding are empty but having colors to show as a border.
 
So when I use this report in my dashboard I am unable to view the empty cell with colors.
It only shows cross tab.
 
Please guide me on this .
 
I want to view the cell with colors in dashboard.
