Interactive Report Viewer filter condition

Hi,
 
when a report is run and enabled interactivity, chart can be filtered, giving new filter condition, choosing filter tab in interactive viewer. Can we get these new filter condition values in the chart script and so that I can change the title of the report/chart dynamically with these new filter condition values ?
