SAXParseException: Premature end of file

<p>We have a java web application that distributes the WebViewerExample files from version 2.6.2.  It is running on an older version of java and WebSphere so upgrading to BIRT 4.5 did not work.</p>

<p>This application works fine on Windows 7, but when deployed on Windows 2012 server we see a SAXParseException:  Premature end of file error with no extra logging information using the defaults.  I can successsfully run the report from a different machine pointed to the server, but from the local machine it won't work.  Any ideas?</p>

<p>are you running in web browser or generating direct pdf?</p>

<p>i had seen when i upgraded once to new os on my machine it was not able to run but from my remote machine it completely works fine and from IDE u tried or not ?</p>
