VTB keep crashing

System

When I tried to create new DCT in DreamWaver/VTB , it just keep pop out exception and terminate DreamWaver ....even this minute.

Is there any standard procedure to create one ? like create directory structure under templatedata in Teamsite and modify templating.cfg then create in DreamWaver/VTB some thing like this ?

Hi, I have a recollection of some of our users having that problem. I BELIEVE the workaround was to FIRST create a PT. Nothing in particular, as I recall, needs to be in the PT, it just must EXIST.
I'll double check this when I get back into the office, and post again if I find more/different info.
