Rest API - Login issues

<p>I tried the sample of REST App deployment from url <span style="color:#0000cd;"><a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://developer.actuate.com/be/documentation/ihub31-dev/AIG-main/index.html#page/aig/REST-tutorial-login.html'&gt;http://developer.actuate.com/be/documentation/ihub31-dev/AIG-main/index.html#page/aig/REST-tutorial-login.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt; and received this error while trying to login.</p>

<p>You are getting the 400 bad request error when hitting the login button in the sample application?</p>
<p>Just to verify, are you providing a user name?</p>

<p>The only way I can replicate the 400 error when hitting the login button is to not provide a username. Otherwise, I get a 401 if I provide an invalid username/password and I get a valid response with auth id if I provide a valid username/password.</p>
