crosstab empty columns

Hi,
My cross tab is showing empty rows at the summary field level .
 
I have some blank values at grouping level so the field is displaying as ##### in Excel if i run is there any way that i can delete that row??Any help please.Thanks in advance..Attaching files and report any one please help me with the solution
