Upgrade BIRT 2.3.x to 4.x

<p>I 'm developing reports using BIRT 2.3.2. Planning to upgrade version of all reports with out affecting anything in application and reports.</p>

<p>Kindly suggest me. how to upgrade version 2.3.2 to 4.x.</p>
