Creating DataMart data object(.data or .datadesign files) and DataCubes using birt

<p>I would like to know how to create the .data or .datadesign which is datamart object using design engine or report engine .</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I have searched alot but got only how to use the .datadesign file using DataMartDataSourceHandle and using DataMartDataSetHandle ( <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://developer.actuate.com/be/documentation/ihub3-dev/AIG-main/index.html#page/aig/BIRTAPI_DataObject.17.3.html'>http://developer.actuate.com/be/documentation/ihub3-dev/AIG-main/index.html#page/aig/BIRTAPI_DataObject.17.3.html</a>).</p&gt;
<p>I did not got any content which helps me to create the .data file or .datadesign file.</p>

<p>Can any one tell me how to deal with these files ?</p>
