Birt 4.5 spacing problem

We went from BIRT 3.7 t0 4.5 . I have a table bind to a dataset. In the detail rows I have text elements with paragraphs. The spacing between the lines of these paragraphs has grown with BIRT 4.5 . The text fields are HTML Dynamic Text . Is there an easy way to fix this or a way to specify the spacing ?

I tested an HTML Dynamic Text report item with HTML tags such as , , etc... and don't see any difference between OS BIRT 3.7.2 and 4.5.0 in the web viewer.
 
Can you provide a sample report design? Or the raw text that is in the HTML Dynamic Text report item?
 
Does this occur on the Designer?
 
What platform are you on?
 
What browser are you using? Does another browser show the same issue?
 
What format are you viewing your report?

Sorry it's been a while to get back. I am running Windows 7 and IE 11.
what is the correct syntax to specify the line height ?
 
I tried
 
<property name="fontSize">14pt</property>
<property name="line-height">30pt</property>
 
in the XML source but it doesn't recognize it. 
 
Could it also be Acrobat reader ? This has also been updated.

Can you provide a sample report design? Or the raw text that is in the HTML Dynamic Text report item?
 
Line height or font height is not a property available in the Advanced Property of the Report Item.

I had to remove your themes and event handler references to run the report. What's the final output format of your report (PDF or web view)?
 
Do you have the output of 3.7 and 4.5 so that I can compare?
 
Without your themes, I have attached my view of 3.7.2 vs 4.5 and don't see any difference in the web view.

I have attached a copy of what this looked like before. I am viewing this in PDF format. I read a post of someone else having the same issue. It was posted by someone named migam on 1/19/2016 . The topic was about PDF rendering issues in migrating from version 2.5 to 4.4 of BIRT.

It would be helpful to get an after too (PDF in 4.5) to compare with your before version. The PDF you attached looks like a fax. It would useful to get the original PDF if possible so that I can look at the PDF codes created in the source.
