Enable/Disable date parameters

Hi,
 
I have a report in which there is a report parameter having a list of values: Past 7 days, Past 30 days and Date Range. There are also two more parameters which are the Start Date and the End Date. When a user selects,
 
Past 7 days > Start Date and End Date should be disabled
Past 30 days > Start Date and End Date should be disabled
Date Range > Start Date and End Date should be enabled so that the user can specify the date range.
 
I do not know if this is possible? Is there any script using which this can be achieved? Please help. 
 
P.S: The report has to be inserted as part of a dashboard.
