<p>I'm having some issues using the BIRT 4.5 framework zip file.</p>

<p> I downloaded the birt-report-framework-4.5.0-20150609.zip package. I am trying to do an offline install of BIRT in Eclipse Mars and this zip file does not look right. The contents in the feature directory are jar files.</p>

<p> When I did the same thing before using Luna and birt-report-framework-4_4_2-20150217.zip from the following page, I had no issues.</p>

<p>Is the installation procedure different for 4.5 than 4.4? Or is the 4.5 package broken and needs to be recreated? I need a valid way that I can get my installation script to do an offline install.</p>
