Open API search service

hi,
We are trying to run the search example present in the openapi package, but are facing some difficulties. We get a "connection refused" exception when the program reaches a point where the indexing of the subject is to be done. Any idea why this happens? Does it have anything to do with the xyzfind.exe service ? That is not running on our machine.
