<p>I have a table with a table header(with a string to display) in the first row, table header with the columns in the 2nd row, table group header in the 3 rd row. When the data in the table for the group spans to multiple pages;</p>
<p>1. The group header does not repeat. Tables headers repeats fine.</p>
<p>2. The page number repeats instead of incrementing.</p>

<p>Using Version : 4.3.2</p>
