<p>I have cross tab with multi level group.</p>
<p>I can show the sub total for each of the level, but I wanted to remove the all header columns.</p>

<p>Refer to image below. Notice that Sweden, Switzerland, UK, are under the same column. I wanted to remove this column. But If I remove this column, the Grand total in the last row will be removed as well, because it is merging for 2 columns.</p>
