Birt report in maximo does not run

<p>Hi</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Only 1-2 users are having this problem and it works for others. All of them have IE11 and Win 8.1</p>
<p>When this user tries to run rreport in maximo it runs for the first time and then she tries to run another one then nothing happens and it shows the first run report in maximo everytime.</p>
<p>She has tried to reinstall IE11 and still problem persists.</p>

<p>If it's only happening for 1 or 2 users, and not others, it appears to be a configuration specific to those users.</p>

<p>For those affected users, can you check their Internet Explorer options and compare to ones that do work as expected?</p>

<p>Specifically, <em>Tools > Internet Options > (in 1st tab, under Browsing History) Settings</em>.</p>

<p>What is checked under "Check for new versions of stored pages:"</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Can you try changing it to "Every time I visit the webpage" and restarting IE to test?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>As a test for those who are having problems, is there another browser (Firefox or Chrome) they can use to test?</p>

<p>When you run a report in your Maximo, does it show the URL for the reports? What are the URLs for the first and second report?</p>
