Chart - Timeline with multiple Series?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am trying to create a horizontal bar chart and am unsure of the best way to do this (see attached file). </p>
<p> </p>
<p>The graph shows Leases and 4 different date times (the 4 series) for each Lease. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Series in yellow (series 1) shows the duration of a lease (the length of the bar represents the lease start date and the lease end date).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The other series show a specific Time-Stamp, the month that an event occurred (versus a start and end of an event).</p>

<p>We can create a BIRT report from this.  It would be helpful if you can provide us with sample data.  The Excel is just a mock-up with shaded cells.  Understanding the data is half the battle.</p>

<p>For example, what does the Coulmn B represent?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>What do all the Series represent?  You stated that Yellow is the duration of the lease, and the blue and green are events(?).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>What about red, why is it on the same axis as the yellow?  The red series in the 12-month and 24-month view do not have a month label, where as the 36-month does?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>What is the difference between 12 month vs. 24 month vs. 36 month view?</p>
