<p>We use BIRT Designer tool for creating and modifying BMC Remedy related reports.</p>
<p>We would like to automate/generate reports as per different Date/Time format for users based in different location, example New Zealand.</p>

<p>Our Primary Server Location is in Australia and Remedy Apps and SQL Server is based out from AUS.</p>
